A plan consists of three phases designed to assist each individual client with their health and life goals. The plan is designed to alleviate stress, manage goals, and create a sense of direction.
The three phases include:

  • a comprehensive mental skills assessment,
  • a 15 – 30 minute interview,
  • and 6 – 12 week custom instructional guide with weekly support.
