Sport psychology consultants are individuals with a master’s or doctoral degree in sport science, psychology or a closely related field who have met specific course requirements. Consultants increase performance by managing emotions and minimizing the psychological effects of injury and poor performance. One of the vital parts of sports psychology is imagery; As a consultant, I help clients manifest the images that take them to the top of their sport or activity of choice.
