As a PHD candidate, sport psychology graduate professional, personal trainer, group instructor, MMA conditioning specialist, and kick boxing instructor I bring a unique set of tools to the table.

My mission is to provide a service that institutes progressive mental and physical fitness coaching. Through individual, small group, and team units, I am able to provide a fun experience that allows participants to achieve their health and fitness goals.
